To avoid damaging the coating, avoid dry-heating a non-stick pan. Dry-heating an empty pan for a few minutes can reach temperatures exceeding 300℃. Simultaneously, control the oil temperature, avoiding smoking (approximately 200℃), ideally keeping it below 250℃.

It is recommended to use wooden or silicone spatulas for stirring. Avoid using metal spatulas or steel wool to scrape the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool naturally before cleaning, avoiding sudden temperature changes. Use a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning.

The lifespan of a non-stick pan is generally 1-3 years. Replace it promptly if the coating becomes damaged or peels off. New pans can be seasoned; when storing, wipe them dry and avoid stacking or rubbing against them.
