1. First, check if there are labels on the inside and outside of the new pot. If so, remove them. Some labels are stuck on tightly and difficult to remove by hand. In this case, put a few drops of essential oil on the label. After the essential oil is completely absorbed by the label, it will be easy to peel off.
2. Put two drops of dish soap (any brand will do) on a damp cotton cloth and wipe the pot inside and out.
3. Wipe the lid as well.
4. Don't forget to wipe the bottom of the pot.
5. Rinse with clean water (rinsing is essential to thoroughly remove the dish soap).
6. Pour boiling water and a little white vinegar into the pot, shake the pot to clean every part of the interior.
7. Dry the pot with absorbent paper.
8. Now you can confidently use this pot to cook anything you like!
